The treatment was well executed. However, the appointment took 1 hour 30 as opposed to the 35 minutes advertised, and even then I had to rush her along as I had another (medical) appointment to get to. It was also slightly uncomfortable that all the staff members some between themselves in their own language almost constantly, laughing and gesturing at me and other clients. They also did not explain what they were doing or use verbal cues such as to ask me to put my feet in or out of the water. Having said that, I am pleased with the results.

I wasnt Served at my appointment time due to staff already doing other tasks this meant i had To wait around 15 minutes before i was Seen. But staff made me comfortable and the job was done to a good standard
