Overall experience was good. I had a simple shellac. The lady who made my nails was quick and effective although not in the mood for talking which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

after booking this via treatwell and making my way into the city centre I arrived for my appointment only to be told their waxing lady wasnt in all week and my appointment had been cancelled (it hadnt). No-one in there seemed to want to take any responsibility for anything and kept calling their colleague. It was a complete farce and waste of time and money.

I had a very tight time frame so I could make it to a wedding that same morning. The member of staff worked extremely hard to give me a manicure and pedicure in one hour!! Lovely Salon with amazing service, would recommend.
