only ended up tinting eyebrows as explained i need to grow them a bit more. Appreciated this but were very unorganised and didnt even do my lip or take away stray hairs

The lady doing my nails messed it up and had to basically start again. Felt like my hands were under the heat lamp for an hour. Treatwell system wasn’t working. Took over an hour for what should have been a 20min appointment. Very annoying
