The head of the salon, who performed my treatment, was a really lovely lady and I genuinely believe that she had only good intentions. However, unfortunately, the wax was stored unhygienically, in a container that looked like it could have been there forever. The head on the wax was not changed prior to treatment and wax was tested on an old leaflet that was just lying around. I really didn’t feel comfortable having this treatment and in hindsight I perhaps shouldn’t have gone through with it.
