Had to wait over 15 minutes after my appointment and as I was in a rush to leave I’d asked the staff if they knew how long they would be, I was rudely told that someone else is waiting before me (they hadn’t booked an appointment) and was told ‘it’s not their fault because they don’t have access to the booking system so I’d just have to wait’ terrible service considering I’d already paid for the treatment! Eventually someone did take me next but left 25 mins later than I should have. Place also felt very unhygienic my hands were just sat in everyone else nail shavings! However the actual treatment was done fine no complaints with my nails.

Excellent treatment overall. They have some lovely colours, the staff clearly know what they are doing and my nails have lasted really nicely. If I were to have any complaints it’s that the staff weren’t the friendliest! Very ‘get the job done and go’ vibe - but if you’re in a rush and not after any special treatment or chit chat this place is perfect! Very good value too.
