So disappointed. Went for an eyebrow wax and from start to finish it was an awful experience. Essentially this is a nail salon with a chair with no head rest where you are 'made' to sit. The owner (I believe) then came and got out the wax which was in an old dirty container with a rollerball on the end. I was immediately concerned as it did not look like these had been cleaned for a long time, let alone the last time they used this rollerball wax on someone else's face! She then proceeded to hold my head down, pushing and hurting my neck whilst she tried to put this luke warm wax from the bottle onto my face. To speed up the review when she had finished there were so many hairs left which she tried to get with blunt tweezers to no avail. She had also made my spot bleed and when I said oh its fine just leave it she jammed a cotton bud into it which made it bleed more and hurt considerably! I actually said ow and she just said oh sorry darling but continued. By this point my face had gone really red (I get waxed every month and it never goes this red) so I actually stood up as she wouldn't stop holding my head and I was in actual pain. I like to think I am quite a tolerant person but when I looked in the mirror with blood on my face, hairs still on my eyebrows, red faced I actually realised she had taken so much hairs off one side that it was significantly shorter than the other. To be fair to the owner she didn't make me pay the small fee however that did not make up for the awful experience and the now wonky eyebrows I have. I would recommend not 'cheaping' out and paying extra to go to a proper salon. Sorry but I would never return if you want waxing.
