Booked this place twice through Treatwell and everytime had to wait for extra 15min as there were walk in appointments in front of me. It seems that the Treatwell booking system doesn't work very well because they don't always respect the times.The manicure was okay, the only issue I had with it was that both times my nails chipped within a week, which I wasn't very happy about. Other than that, compared to other places I think this place has a good quality/price ratio - it is not the best, but definitely not the worst either.

Staff didn’t acknowledge you on arrival, people had been waiting hours. I’d booked a specific time in my lunch hour and after 15 minutes of being ignored I asked how long the wait was. Wouldn’t return due to rude staff and the unprofessionalism. However, I cannot fault the manicure itself.
