No conversation at all, the person who was doing my extensions didn't confirm what u wanted going, all the eyelashes were shoved in a drawer no regard to hygiene. The woman who did my lashes wasn't wearing anything like you would expect just an everyday top that didn't look too clean, the only time she spoke was to tell me to not blink. I thought I had requested the individual lashes but this wasn't what I got. They weren't fitted well at all and as soon as I got home I used baby oil to remove them. I wished I'd put my money down the drain. The salon itself wasn't clean there was a kettle on the floor next to the waste bin and a lot of flexes that were really dirty. The people who worked there also kept speaking in a different language which can be really intimidating to some people.
Treatwell might want to consider if they want to keep them on their site.
