Very distracted , in a hurry to leave and go home. Not much attention to me or the nails. Second time with this therapist first time she was on the phone the whole time to someone, not acknowledging me at all. All other staff very good.

My nails look great but there was a lot of mix up with other people coming in as there was only one person working. Then at the end I was charged more than I had prepaid online bc apparently I was shown shellac Polish instead of standard. Very disappointed tbh. I'd rather pay more for a more streamlined service.

I went for manicure and polish. Once my polish had dried, it was full of air bubbles and the polish was not applied neatly. I had to take it off when I got home. Waste of money.
