My nails turned out amazing and I was rhappy with the result. However I booked my appointment for 5:10pm and arrived 10minutes early just in case, but I was not seen until 5:50pm. They didn’t provide an update on when I was being seen and if I hadn’t already of paid I would have left. It took 20minutes to do a gel manicure, the amount of time I spent there I could have had my nails done three times... I lost out on parking by assuming I would be done within an hour whereas I spent over an hour for a 20 minute treatment.

The spa had double booked so we had to wait. Manicure was so basic. No cuticle trim. Had to ask for a base coat of nail varnish. Paint was uneven and messy. Both myself and my mums nails chipped before the end of the day! Ended up removing polish within two days. Appalling.
