Booked online. Directions were not clear. Took us 10 minutes to find the place. Booked for 2 but only 1 nail tech was there. Apparently For some reason, the online booking did not indicate 2 clients even though we used separate numbers.
Overall nail techs were quick. But didn’t get my preferred nail shape right.

When I arrived at Soho for my appointment there was already a walk in person waiting but I was seen first due to my appointment. I offered for her to go first but she was fine about it me being seen first. There was a great selection of colours of gel to choose from and I loved that they had the machine to file off the old gel instead of soaking the nails and then filing them off.
