Not a great experience. I actually paid more on Treatwell than they were charging walk in customers. Secondly, they removed my shellac with an electric nail file which can really damage the nail bed. Thirdly, I noticed streaks in the polish after I left the salon. Finally, my thumbnail chipped the day after. Basically, they look good from far away but, close up, they’re really shabby.

Didn’t get to have my appointment as I was ignored when I came in nobody was available to book me in and when it came to my appointment time all workers were busy with other people so I had to leave without my eyelashes done as I was late to another appointment
