Really love this salon the team are always so friendly, I was running late to my appointment and they were kind enough to still fit me in however my polish chipped after a day and the gel hadn’t set properly so it smudged a bit. I would rather just be told I’d have to reschedule than have it rushed. I’ve been here a few times and it’s usually a 10/10 experience however so will definitely be back!

Amazing! Absolutely love my nails. They look perfect and she really took her time to make sure they were flawless. I'd say it took more like 45 mins than half an hour but was definitely worth it - new favourite nail salon.

Very disappointed in my treatment today I had a gel pedicure with acrylic toe nail extension I have been a customer of soho for years now and this is the worst service I’ve received the therapist put the acrylic on my toes before the pedicure this doesn’t make much sense because here was no way anybody could do cuticle work and exfoliation over an acrylic nail I then had another lady do my pedicure she was clearly still leaning and did a not so good job she barely removed my cuticles and was very lazy then she started using tools such as cuticle equipment that was not cleaned I am a senior spa therapist and I manage a very reputable spa around the world and I know that all tools should be in a medical grade disinfectant (barbaside) the blue solution and razors should be replaced this wasn’t the case the therapist also had very long acrylic nails that dug into me she also was using her phone and wasn’t really paying attention the pedicure was very rushed and to a bad standard the acrylic doesn’t Match and they are uneven I payed £45 for my treatment I am so disappointed and soho will be loosing customers through this treatment I used to talk very highly of soho and have posted there work all over my social media and I have spoken to people and have got them to visit soho but after this I will never be back
