Set your priorities straight!!! I have to wait for at least 15mins to get my nails done when I’ve BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT also leave my hands soaking in some nails removal until my hands feeling burn is unacceptable. I’m so disappointed I use to get my nails done from you and still a lot of waiting around have to move from chairs to chairs is a bit annoying and unprofessional please improve I still wanna come back.
