The customer treatment is shocking. My appointment was at 12, I had another one at 1pm somewhere else. Judging by reviews saying the place is very quick I thought it would enough. They took 40 minutes to start doing my nails and then the treatment was rushed, the nails look nice but I doubt they will last long. They never apologised for being so late. Plus, from what I saw, they use the same tools on different people! Only filed my nails but I would leave if they used dirty tools! Not coming back

The place had taken on too many bookings, it was stuffed. Given that we are in the middle of a pandemic, I would have expected there to be less people on the shop. Every seat was taken, every extra chair was taken. People in and out of the shop, being sent away because of delays / over booking, to return 30 mins later.
The manager was flapping. Kept asking the clients what’s your name, where have you booked, move over here, move over there, speaking about clients Absolute carnage.
