They don’t respect bookings- I was waiting over 40mins to even start my treatments as they had lots of walk-ins.

Less than a week after my acrylics were put on two came off so had them all removed, they still left loads on my nails and covered it with gel, less than 2 days after, 5 nails have badly chipped so I need to remove it. Usually lasts weeks!

Excellent service nails and toes look good, but the worst part is the lack of time management, time keeping must improve, you should prioritise those who have booked and paid over the customers that drop in. My booking was meant to take up to 1 hour and 30 mins, it ended up being over 3hours due to you stopping my treatment in order to start someone else who had popped in last minute. If this continues you will lose customers. Sometimes quality isn’t enough to keep people coming back.
