The atmosphere was not pleasant and the girls that work there were not treated very well. The owner took care of my nails and spent her whole time watching what the other girls were doing and not paying attention to my treatment. She also kept openly criticising the girls that worked there when they were not doing anything wrong. I felt really uncomfortable. A 20 minute treatment took 45 minutes.

Staff were all lovely and welcoming and the treatment was amazing! My first wax and Hanna did such a good job I am defiantly coming back! Recommend to anyone!

They were a little late, 10minutes, but made up for it with the service and quality. Very efficient and lovely and I don’t blame them for being so busy! It’s a great spot, I can see why it’s popular. So happy with my nails, couldn’t have had better.
