Disappointed. very rushed, cuticles weren’t cut and polish wasn’t applied to the nail bed leaving a large gap. Tense atmosphere. Second time I’ve had a bad visit here (shame as they used to be excellent last year). I think I will not be returning :(

The session started off fine but strip wax was used on the Brazilian wax which has lead to immense pain a few days after. Initially hot wax was used and it was changed to strip wax to get out stubborn hairs but to use strip wax on more delicate areas is a big no.
