Love how my nails turned out. The nail art I requested was well executed and I appreciate the attention to detail given to the gel topping. Took longer usual/time stated for the service but it was a new team member so that’s understandable.

My appointment was 14:35 this was moved to 15:00, I arrived 14:55 & waited until 15:45 to be seen. A really nice lady manager tried to give me a half price toe polish as an apology & Bannie was livid! he refused to even say bye once he finished.
