I arrived at the salon but they seemed not to be aware of the booking.
They washed my hair with cold water and soaked the back of my tshirt. I dont even think it was Melanie that attended to me. I felt it was someone who had never cut hair before. When another staff member arrived they seemed to be shocked she was cutting hair.

A quick and efficient gel removal. Nails looked good afterwards but would expected nail and cuticle oil and handcrafted.
