Had a scheduled appointment but still had to wait quite a while. Most staff didn’t acknowledge me. I think people were treated better if they were regulars. The haircut was perfect.

As I walked in i was greeted by a member of staff. She was very plesent and smily.I told her what I would like and she asked me questions too. I was also asked if I had a patch test done before. Which I had done..I was also asked what shade I would like on my eyebrows.
I was very pleased with my experience.
