I wanted a full head same colour because my roots were lighter and the ends darker I had the colour applied all over but when rinsed and dry my roots were still much lighter than my ends.When I told the owner I wasn't happy he said it looks nice and give it a few days youbwill get used to it .I told him I wanted to book another appointment to have it fixed and when I turned up at the appointment I paid another, £35 for roots retouch considering on my last appointment i have already paid£100 not happy

I used to die it my self at home and it was patchy and not a even colour all over so I asked the hair dresser to do all head same colour as my roots were lighter (natural hair ) when my hair was dry I could see that my ends were darker than my roots and it looked really obvious , I was upset but I wanted to book another appointment but this time to have it fixed and I thought the owner would give me a discount or leave it as that but decided to charge me again ,£100 the first time and another 35
