I get blond highlights done regularly with Simone. He is excellent at his job, with great attention to detail and always very friendly and cheerful. My hair always looks great afterwards and the price is reasonable. I would highly recommend this venue and Simone as a stylist. I look forward to the next visit.

She was so aggressive while brushing. Be careful if you have ear piercings. I remember once going to get my hair styled and I asked what they thought would suit me better and the stylist just shrugged and stared at me. Not really what you expect from a highly-rated salon. I've learnt my lesson and will not be coming here again. Such a shame, it used to be so much better.
