Therapist was brilliant and the overall ambiance of the place was lovely. she was very attentive and had great client facing manner. The facilities were clean and I was offered a drink upon arrival and while accompanied to treatment. It's in a great location and I would happily return for other treatments. However, this was my first Dermalogica facial and it made me break out terribly over the next 2 days which I have never had before with a facial - my skin tends to be quite hardy and can put up with pretty much any product and I never get spots. The products smelt 'chemically' and didn't feel as luxurious as other products I have used in the past facials (eg: Jurlique).
If you're only going for relaxation massage then this might work for you but got the sense that the technician was being just that - technical and methodical but not a real massage therapist or practitioner that had proper training. No offense to the person involved but I hope the owner will get more involved on providing training and support for the staff. Also, the massage table was not a proper massage table with all the necessary support for head/neck and legs. Shame on owner for going cheap!
