The place is lovely and clean, however having never been there before I was not aware that everything is done on time, so because I had polish on my toes already and wanted them filed rather than just polished, it should have cost another £4.50 (quite steep just to file) they didn't make me pay it as it wasn't really explained, but it would make me re consider when I get get a file and polish for £8 just down the road.

With my wedding only a few days away and never having had threading I was a bag of nerves but the staff took plenty time to reassure me and I came out feeling great. Will definitely be returning.
