Whilst the wax itself and member of staff carrying it out were adequate, the ambience was really strange... Downstairs Vs upstairs is v different - it was dark, dirty and felt like I was in a hospital as there are curtains and not separate rooms which is not very nice for a wax treatment, especially if there were other customers having massages?! The music playing was an odd piano Disney CD which at one stage played 'Winnie the Pooh' - most odd in a salon!! The floor was dirty was old wax and actual dirt, I was reluctant to take off my socks. Definitely won't go back.
