This was my first time at Smyths as I was on holiday in portsmouth. It was a very spur of the moment decision to have my hair restyled . I looked on line at 11pm and got an appointment for the following morning . The salon was very clean and tidy and covid rules were being followed . Chloe was very thorough in what she did and asked lots of questions and explained things so that I got exactly what I wanted . Excellent value for money . I will definitely going back soon . So glad I've finally found a hairdresser that is experienced and gets on with the job, I've been using Claudia but just over a year, my haircut always looks great and I highly recommend her.
