Claudia was excellent. She was great with colour advise and gave me a great cut and blow dry. I find that older people can feel ‘invisible’ when visiting a salon but this wasn’t true of Claudia who took care to listen to what I wanted.

Brassy colour and was asked to pay more due to an error on TW. I didn’t pay the extra in the end. Lighting in the salon is terrible, cannot tell what the colour looked like until I left.
Hopefully they will fix the colour as they promised.
