Chloe follows my instructions and wishes very well and I leave satisfied with my hair.
Small thing to improve on customer services is that other stuff great you equally as friendly as your own stylist and when they leave the salon to say goodbye to the customer too. I was the last customer in the shop and noticed they didn't wish me goodbye..just a common sense way of dealing with humans.
Also to be able to offer proper coffee would be great. :)
I will be coming back because of Chloe.

I have been to Smyths hair since 2020 and the service is always fantastic! Everyone is so lovely and skilled, the atmosphere is welcoming and calm, and I always leave feeling happy. Claudia is so talented and considerate, always checking in and making sure I am happy with the haircut, and she always does an amazing job. My most recent hairstyle request was something quite different to my usual and I was nervous about it, but Claudia replicated it perfectly and I love it. Thank you so much!
