I went in for Balayage and asked for my hair to be lightened slightly. I've had Balayage and blonde tips for the last two years yet I came out with my hair darker and was told my hair didn't lighten as much as they thought it would. I then contacted them after and have heard nothing. Very disappointing as it was a lovely atmosphere and Claudia was really nice and welcoming they just didn't do what I asked and paid for.
