had my hair done by Claudia and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She’s absolutely lovely and friendly, made me feel comfortable straight away, and most importantly — she listened. She did my hair exactly how I wanted it, no “creative reinterpretation,” just precise, beautiful execution. It’s rare to find someone who really hears what you’re asking for and delivers it perfectly. Also — bonus points — she doesn’t talk excessively. The balance was perfect: warm and professional
