My niece had her first haircut at Smyths. She was really anxious and Chloe put her right at ease. Chloe talked her through all of the options and let her choose, gave her advice on styling and made her feel so special. Afterwards she was taking pictures everywhere and has a new confidence about her. She's already planning her next appointment to get her hair dyed there when she comes down, and I'm now the best aunty ever!
