To be honest, I thought I was booking elsewhere, however, as I had booked and paid online (great system), I needed to take the appointment. The appointment was for my 11 year old son. The hairdresser, Claudia, was very patient with us as we hadn't come prepared with a style in mind and spent some time at the beginning flicking through google images! Claudia did a great job, thank you. We will visit again.
