Michael is really good. I had problems on my both shoulders and lower back. It is much improved after the session with Michael. I was given some exercises to do, too. I asked a couple of questions about my muscle knots, which caused the discomfort in my shoulders. Michael really shows his knowledge. I will definitely recommend him and go back again.
