I’ve just finished my second session with Nyesha, and I’m really pleased with how things are coming along. I had a fall and also had previous shoulder problems, so needed a mixture of sports/osteopathy/spinal manipulation. She takes the time to listen first and following treatment, she advises on stretches and exercise to do at home, which has been a great help. Her technique is very good and would highly recommend
