It was my first time having a sports massage and I was definitely not disappointed. Dharam was very knowledgable and tailored the massage to my needs, targeting specific areas to achieve the best results. My back felt messed up before and when Dharam hit those certain areas but after it feels fantastic. Will likely be using Dharam again.

I had pain in my neck due to bad posture from my desk job. Dharam was very knowledgeable and was able to pin point the exact source of the pain before treating me. He also gave me advice and a range of exercises to do to prevent it happening again. Overall a very professional service.

Came to SMSM Therapy as I was am suffering from left knee arthritis which I've had for the past 7 years. Dharam was very patient with me and requested to see my X-Rays and reports. Over the past 8 weeks of seeing Dharam I have felt significantly better. My mood is better and I am no longer finding it difficult to walk up stairs. Sometime pain is still around but nothing like it was before. If you are having knee pain go and visit Dharam at SMSM Therapy. We still have a while to go until I am hopefully 90% better. I will continue to listen to Dharam's excellent advice and exercise recommendations. Excellent 5 Star Service.
