I don't appreciate it when salons use strip wax for bikini lines - it's so much more painful. The esthetician was lovely but the experience was a lot more painful than it had to be.

Booked in for gel removal and express mani pedi during my lunch break. Arrived on time for my appointment. They told me to sit down and soak nails in acetone. Kept asking if they were going to start and they just said my technician will be along shortly. I waited for 30 mins before they treated me. think they must have overbooked. Would have appreciated them communicating this to me rather than giving me no information for 30 mins! By the time the technician turned up, I'd had my hand soaking in acetone for 25 mins, which I don't think is very healthy. They didn't do my cuticles. Other salons do cuticle work in an express nail treatment. She did a very rushed job in filing my nails. The final result, not shaped properly and the edges aren't even filed smooth. The painting is worse than I could have done myself. Paint all over my fingers. In the end the manager came over and apologised for my wait and offered me a £10 gift voucher, which was very kind. However as a result of the poor communication and horrendous mani pedi, I won't be returning even for free I'm afraid. Terrible value for money. Terrible mani pedi. Don't recommend.

Had to spend 30 mins at home to finish what was left. Unfriendly service. You don’t feel welcomed at all but rather the opposite and the technique and products are not good.

Good value for money but wax is done to hastily and an unclean towel was on the waxing table before i got there, and when asked about it, I was told to "not worry about it."
