They weren't prepared for my booking and there was a long waiting time. I got the sense they were perhaps closing down as it was empty? Also strange - not really any communication. Perhaps better to go in person and book.

While the technician was friendly, I felt entirely in the way and then she hacked my gel nails off, damaging all of my nails, instead of letting them soak. Would’ve been better off doing myself.
