Very basic, was taken downstairs into a very small and dark room, with a very uncomfortable experience. Description mentioned it also included removal of skin which wasn’t done. The girl that helped me was very sweet and polite but the treatment itself and ambiance not a ‘nice/ relaxing experience.

Poorly waxed, loads of hair left still, waxed was pulled off in wrong direction and my hair grew back after two days! I would not go back, very upsetting
