This was the worst Brazilian wax experience I’ve ever had. Granted, no waxing appointment is a joy, but this was awful. First, it was a hot, humid day and there was no air-con on, even though there was an air-con unit in the room. I mentioned it to the beautician but she just stared at me while I sweated profusely. Secondly, the beautician seemed so irritated with having to do the wax in the first place that it felt like she took it out on my bikini line. There was no attempt made to relax me, I wasn’t offered a glass of water or towel to cover myself. She left my bikini line in an awful state, with hair very much still visible even though she said she’d finished, and honestly I was so afraid of asking her if she’d mind neatening it up a bit, and what further pain she’d inflict on me, I just told her it was fine so I could get the hell out of there!

Quick waxing but left very red burns on my skin - not sure how that happened but has taken days to calm down.

This is great value for money but the room left a lot to be desired by way of ambience (it's nothing like the picture advertised) and it didn't seem like linen was changed very often. Staff were not very friendly, but got what was needed done.
