Unfortunately the girl was a bit too inexperienced, and put too much was on, so it was super painful, and was trying to minimise the pain at all, by stretching the skin. Also she dipped the same spatulas in the wax after applying it. Super unhygienic :(

I did get a voucher but was charged more than the voucher when I paid as my stylist more as I requested the use of flat irons after the blow dry.
