The massage itself was amazing. Very attentive masseuse. The only downside was the customer service at the front desk, there wasn’t anyone free and it wasn’t very proactive. Other than that great massage and I would go again!

Horrendous experience, got to my appointment only to find out that it’s been cancelled. Was promised a refund but it’s been almost two weeks and no money has come through. Now I’ve been told by another person from Smart Look Beauty they don’t do refunds, sounds like this company is a bit of a circus!
