The staff are rude. The lady doing my pedicure done an okay job, the man who done my manicure cut 8/10 of my cuticles.. then said it was my fault I’m sensitive.. I’ve been having shellac manicures every 2 weeks for the past 6/7 years, and never has anyone ever cut me!
Once my spray tan was done, I asked for a second coat as I wanted to be brown and blend some tan lines I had on my arms. The lady said no, and now 2 days later, I have no tan, just orange ankles…

Shop wasn’t open when I arrived for my appointment at 9am. Had to wait 15 mins before seen. She then was confused about what I had booked for. The facial felt half done and when she was steaming it was barely touching one side of my face. At this point I mentioned it to her so she told me to turn my head. Then after she This is an effort based business. Then after she did the extraction of dirt etc she went straight into applying moisturiser which is not correct as the face should be cleansed.
