Eyebrows threading was OK, and good value at £5.
Leg was not very good, I told the waxer I had lots of ingrown hairs and she left loads, which I had to get fixed at another salon.
When we were done she told me I looked 5 years older than I am because I am "so heavy" and I was completely affronted and left to dress trying not to cry!
I was offered a loyalty card which was taken back because I booked through treatwell, even though I paid the standard price and had been a customer there before. Will definitely not be going back, please work on your customer service.

I booked last minute for an underarm wax, at first they could not find me on their system. I think the wax was quite good, however customer service by the therapist could have been improved, I felt like I was a hinderance rather than a valued customer.

I was disappointed with my full leg waxing and bikini line. The beautician did a very basic job and left me with large patches of hairs on the side and back of my legs. She offered to do my bikini line with hot wax to make it less painful but without mentioning that there was an extra charge. The guy at the till was very rude, shouted at me in front of other clients when I complained for the extra charge. I will never go to this place again.

Unfortunately my Indian head massage appointment only seemed to involve a neck and shoulder massage (and no steam therapy too). The lady kept talking to me - which is the last thing I want when getting a massage and trying to zone out. I don't think I'll return.
