I turned up to my appointment only to find that I couldn't go through with it as I hadn't had a test before at that facility. The test had to be carried out 7 days before the treatment and would cost an additional £10 so I had to cancel my appointment. I didn't see anything on the website when I booked to let me know this was the case so overall it was very frustrating.
