My appointment was at 11am on Sunday, however I was left waiting outside of the store for 15 minutes as it was not yet open. When I was finally let in, I was told that there was no record of my booking on their system. The therapist did not apologise straight away, but waited until I was on the massage table. Luckily, the massage itself was good however I think something needs to be done about the coordination of booking systems as I believe this is not the first time that they have missed bookings through Treatwell.
Therapeutic Massage
The venue was busy and a little diffident when I arrived. I had to ask to be seen. The tan was quite slow but good value and the staff were very kind.
Spray Tanning and Sunless Tanning
Unfortunately my manicure did not last and within 24 hours the varnish had peeled off.
