I had a laser brazilian done which was very well priced as I went off-peak, it didn't hurt a bit and only took 15 minutes

i booked an appointment for 10am and they made me wait for 30min. Actual service is ok, but staff has not even checked that i had a booking. also, you can't use your stamp card if you book on treatwell. They didn't even try to make up for the wait, just kept smiling awkwardly. really annoying experience, wasting my time!
