I booked a gel manicure before a hair appointment, allowing a 20 minute window before my next booking. I was 10 minutes late to my next appointment because I was waiting in the reception while people were talking. When my nails were being filed, I had to ask multiple times for them all to be filed to the same length - something which I would not expect I would have to remind a nail technician of. My technician changed halfway through the filing and she had to ask what nails she had already done. That was a big warning!! My gel nails chipped within a day and I had to go back to get it fixed. I wanted to get my nails done before I went away for a holiday for Christmas, but this manicure has just caused me more stress than if I hadn't had anything done, with them constantly chipping and peeling at a much earlier rate than expected. I was doing patch jobs throughout the first week after getting them done. Until finally one nail completely peeled off in one go.

The staff who attended me was good however the nail polish chipped quite a lot after just a few hours. I guess they don't use good quality products. Very disappointing.

was not worth the big price tag, therapist spoke so softy, so many choices of colours but none of them were wearable. did not get of hard skin. or clip toenails
