Was closed for 20 mins after my booked appointment time. Filthy salon and the therapist didn’t turn up. Two other clients who had booked also waiting.

Turned up and the salon was shut. 20 minutes later someone turned up. My therapist hadn’t bothered to show up. Two others waiting for nail appointments also let down. The woman who had turned up showed me to a room which was not clean and dirty towel at the bottom of the bed. She left me there 15 minutes whilst trying to deal with other people so I got dressed and left. Salon is not nice and they are not reliable and I wouldn’t have waxing done in such a dirty place.
