Probably the worst manicure I have ever had. I came away with damaged cuticles she went way too hard on them. She didn’t even shape my nails, I had to file one of my own hands after asking multiple times to have them shaped. Not to mention the polish being badly applied that I had to ask her to go around the skin on my nails to clean them up. I ended up going next door to Superdrug to purchase nail polish remover as soon as I left. All in all I paid £65 for someone to wash my hands.

Shalini was great, very friendly and very understanding. I had to rush somewhere so I asked if I could come back to complete the rest of the treatment as I didn’t leave myself enough time (35 mins for shellac manicure was not enough). Shalini did the manicure and let me come back after work to complete the nail paint part of the treatment which I was really grateful so.
I will be back for sure, I felt well looked after and Shalini had great attention to detail.
